Hi, I'm Peter Coyle — head coach at PC Coaching.

I've helped hundreds of men in their 40s shed fat, build muscle, gain strength, and achieve the kind of physical and mental transformation most think is impossible at their age.

I spent over 20 years as a professional chef, grinding through brutal hours in the kitchen. The pressure, lifestyle, and lack of boundaries led me into alcoholism, burnout, and mental health struggles.

In 2017, I made the decision to get sober — and rebuild my body, mindset, and purpose from the ground up.

Since then, I've earned certifications in personal training, strength & conditioning, powerlifting, and nutrition. I've competed nationally in both powerlifting and bodybuilding, and I'm proud to be one of Ireland's top-ranked master powerlifters — all while staying in peak shape well into my 40s.
