Here’s Who I Am (and Why I Give a Sh*t)

Hi, I’m Peter Coyle — head coach at PC Coaching.For almost a decade, I’ve helped hundreds of men and women shed fat, build muscle, gain strength, and achieve the kind of physical and mental transformation most people think is out of reach after 40.

I spent over 20 years as a professional chef, grinding through brutal hours in the kitchen. The pressure, lifestyle, and lack of boundaries led me into alcoholism, burnout, and deep health struggles.

In 2017, I made the decision to get sober — and rebuild my body, mindset, and purpose from the ground up.

Since then, I’ve earned certifications in personal training, strength & conditioning, powerlifting, and nutrition. I’ve competed nationally and am proud to be one of Ireland’s top-ranked master powerlifters — all while staying in peak shape well into my 40s.

Now, I coach men like you to do the same — and I’ve built a system to help you get there faster.
